Kullanım Şartları / Terms of Use
FaceName, kültürel yüz okuma geleneklerinden ilham alan, eğlence amaçlı ve estetik bir kişisel rapor deneyimidir. Uygulamayı kullanarak aşağıdaki şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. Amaç ve Nitelik. FaceName kültürel ve sembolik bir yorum perspektifi sunar. Bilimsel bir teşhis, sağlık değerlendirmesi, psikolojik tanı veya gelecek/kader yorumu değildir ve kesin sonuç vermez. İçerik eğlence ve kişisel farkındalık amaçlıdır.
2. Dijital İçerik ve Krediler. Analizler kredi ile üretilir. Kredi yalnızca cihaz içi kalite kontrolünden geçmiş uygun bir fotoğrafla analiz başlatıldığında düşer. Geçersiz fotoğrafta analiz başlamaz ve kredi düşmez. Teknik bir nedenle gerçek içerik üretilemezse kredi otomatik iade edilir. Kredi satın alımları, kullanıldığınız uygulama mağazasının (App Store / Google Play) satın alma kuralları ve iade politikalarına tabidir.
3. Kullanıcı Sorumluluğu. Yüklediğiniz fotoğrafın uygun (tek kişi, karşıdan, net) ve paylaşım hakkına sahip olduğunuz bir görsel olmasından siz sorumlusunuz. Başkalarına ait fotoğrafları izinsiz kullanmayınız.
4. Sınırlamalar. FaceName bir karar verme aracı değildir. Sağlık, kariyer, ilişki veya benzeri kararlar için bu uygulamanın çıktısına dayanmayınız. İçerik "olduğu gibi" sunulur; kesinlik veya belirli bir sonuç garanti edilmez.
5. Değişiklikler. Bu şartlar zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm uygulama içinde ve bu sayfada sunulur.

FaceName is an entertainment-focused, aesthetic personal report experience inspired by traditional face-reading cultures. By using the app you agree to the following terms.
1. Purpose and Nature. FaceName offers a cultural and symbolic interpretive perspective. It is not a scientific diagnosis, health assessment, psychological evaluation, or prediction of the future, and it gives no definitive result. The content is for entertainment and personal reflection.
2. Digital Content and Credits. Analyses are produced using credits. A credit is spent only when an analysis is started with a suitable photo that passed the on-device quality check. Invalid photos do not start analysis and do not spend a credit. If a result cannot be produced for technical reasons, the credit is refunded automatically. Credit purchases are subject to the purchase and refund policies of the app store you use (App Store / Google Play).
3. User Responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring the photo you upload is suitable (single person, front-facing, clear) and that you have the right to use it. Do not use photos of others without permission.
4. Limitations. FaceName is not a decision-making tool. Do not rely on its output for decisions about health, career, relationships, or similar matters. Content is provided "as is"; no accuracy or particular outcome is guaranteed.
5. Changes. These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is available in the app and on this page.
