FaceName gizliliğinize önem verir. Bu politika, fotoğrafınızın ve verilerinizin nasıl işlendiğini açıklar.
1. Yüz Verisinin Kapsamı ve Cihaz İçi İşleme. Bu politikada “yüz verisi”; kullanıcının seçtiği veya çektiği yüz fotoğrafını, bu fotoğraftan çıkarılan yüz işaretlerini (landmark), ham yüz ölçümlerini ve bunlardan türetilen yapılandırılmış özellik/kategori/yoğunluk profilini ifade eder. Fotoğrafın kalite kontrolü (yüz var mı, tek yüz mü, ışık, kadraj, netlik), yüz landmark'larının çıkarılması ve ham yüz ölçümleri tamamen cihazınızda yapılır. FaceName yüz verisini kimlik tespiti, kimlik doğrulama veya başka kişilerle karşılaştırma amacıyla kullanmaz ve biyometrik kimlik şablonu oluşturmaz.
2. Türetilmiş Ölçüm Profili ve Kullanım Amacı. Cihaz içi sonuçlardan yalnızca kültürel/sembolik bir yüz okuma metni üretmek amacıyla yapılandırılmış özellik, kategori (bucket) ve yoğunluk profili oluşturulur. Bu profil tıbbi, psikolojik veya bilimsel değerlendirme, reklam, kullanıcı takibi ya da kimlik belirleme amacıyla kullanılmaz.
3. Yapay Zeka ile Yorum Üretimi ve Paylaşım. Ham fotoğrafınız cihazınızda kalır; FaceName proxy'sine veya yapay zeka hizmet sağlayıcısına gönderilmez. Dört geleneğin tamamında yapay zeka destekli yorum üretimi için yalnızca fotoğraftan türetilmiş yapılandırılmış özellik, kategori (bucket) ve yoğunluk profili ile seçilen kültürel yorum adaylarının sentez için gerekli kullanıcıya açık alanları, FaceName proxy'si üzerinden yapay zeka hizmet sağlayıcımız Anthropic'e (Claude API) iletilir. Ham fotoğraf, yüz landmark'ları ve ham yüz ölçümleri bu isteğe dahil edilmez. Yüz verisi başka hiçbir üçüncü tarafla paylaşılmaz; reklam amacıyla paylaşılmaz ve satılmaz.
4. Yüz Verisinin Saklanması, Saklama Süresi ve Silinmesi. Ham fotoğraf, yüz landmark'ları ve ham yüz ölçümleri FaceName sunucularında veya Anthropic'te saklanmaz. FaceName proxy, türetilmiş ölçüm profilini ve oluşturulan yorumu yalnızca isteği tamamlamak için geçici olarak bellekte işler; bu içerikleri kalıcı bir veritabanına yazmaz ve loglamaz. Anthropic'e iletilen türetilmiş profil ile oluşturulan yorum, Anthropic'in standart veri saklama politikası kapsamında en geç 30 gün içinde silinir; bu süre yalnızca yasal bir zorunluluk bulunması veya içeriğin kullanım politikası ihlali nedeniyle işaretlenmesi gibi istisnai durumlarda uzayabilir. Fotoğraflar, analiz geçmişi ve raporlar yalnızca kullanıcının cihazında saklanır; kullanıcı uygulama içindeki Geçmiş ekranından tek tek analiz kayıtlarını ilişkili fotoğraflarıyla birlikte istediği zaman silebilir ve uygulama kaldırıldığında bu veriler cihazdan silinir. iOS'ta Apple ile giriş yapmış kullanıcılar uygulama içindeki “Hesabı Sil” işlemiyle cihazdaki analiz geçmişini ve analizlerde kullanılan fotoğrafları da silebilir; krediler cihazda kalır. FaceName sunucularında kalıcı yüz verisi bulunmadığından ayrıca silinecek sunucu taraflı bir yüz verisi kaydı yoktur.
5. Hesap Verileri. Hesapla giriş yaparsanız (e-posta ile giriş, Google ile giriş veya Apple ile giriş), kimlik doğrulama sağlayıcımız Firebase Authentication hesabınıza bağlı adı (varsa), e-posta adresinizi ve size atanan kullanıcı kimliğini (user ID) işler. Misafir kullanımda hesap verisi oluşmaz.
6. Satın Almalar. Kredi paketleri App Store veya Google Play üzerinden satın alınır. Satın alma geçmişiniz ve kredi yetkilendirmeniz, ödeme altyapı sağlayıcımız RevenueCat ve kullandığınız uygulama mağazası tarafından işlenir. Girişli kullanıcılarda bu kayıtlar kullanıcı kimliğinizle, misafir kullanımda anonim bir kimlikle eşleştirilir. Ödeme kartı bilgileriniz FaceName'e ulaşmaz; ödemeyi uygulama mağazası işler.
7. Cihaz Kimliği. Uygulama, rastgele üretilen anonim bir cihaz kimliği oluşturur. Bu kimlik; günlük kullanım kotası, kötüye kullanım koruması ve hizmet isteklerinin eşleştirilmesi amacıyla FaceName proxy'sine iletilir. Fotoğrafınızla ilişkilendirilmez.
8. Çökme, Tanı ve Performans Kayıtları. Uygulama kararlılığını izlemek için anonim çökme (crash), tanı (diagnostics) ve performans kayıtları toplanır; bu amaçla hizmet sağlayıcı olarak Sentry kullanılır. Bu kayıtlar cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü, uygulama sürümü, hata izi (stack trace) ve olaya eşlik eden teknik uygulama etkileşim adımları gibi teknik bilgileri içerir. Fotoğraflar, yüz landmark'ları, yapılandırılmış ölçüm profilleri, analiz/rapor içerikleri, isim ve e-posta gibi kişisel veriler bu kayıtlara tasarım gereği eklenmez; kayıt katmanı yalnızca teknik ve anonim değerleri kabul edecek şekilde sınırlandırılmıştır.
9. Hizmet Sağlayıcılar ve Paylaşım Sınırı. Verileriniz yalnızca yukarıda açıklanan hizmetleri sunmak amacıyla şu hizmet sağlayıcılara aktarılır: Firebase Authentication (hesap), App Store, Google Play ve RevenueCat (satın alma), Sentry (çökme/tanı), FaceName proxy ve Anthropic Claude API (yorum üretimi). Tüm aktarımlar TLS ile şifrelenir. Yüz verisine ilişkin özel paylaşım sınırları 3. ve 4. bölümlerde açıklanmıştır. Verileriniz reklam amacıyla paylaşılmaz ve hiçbir üçüncü tarafa satılmaz.
10. Amaç Sınırı. Ürün tıbbi, psikolojik veya bilimsel bir değerlendirme yapmaz; kültürel/sembolik yorum sunar.
11. Krediler. Kredi yalnızca uygun fotoğrafla analiz başlatıldığında düşer; geçersiz fotoğrafta düşmez; teknik hata durumunda iade edilir.

FaceName respects your privacy. This policy explains how your photo and data are processed.
1. Scope of Face Data and On-Device Processing. In this policy, “face data” means the face photo selected or captured by the user, facial landmarks extracted from that photo, raw facial measurements, and the derived structured feature/category/intensity profile. Photo quality checks (face present, single face, lighting, framing, sharpness), facial landmark extraction, and raw facial measurements run entirely on your device. FaceName does not use face data to identify or authenticate a person, compare identities, or create a biometric identity template.
2. Derived Measurement Profile and Purpose. The on-device results are used to build a structured feature, category (bucket), and intensity profile solely to generate a cultural/symbolic face-reading text. This profile is not used for medical, psychological, or scientific assessment, advertising, user tracking, or identity determination.
3. AI-Assisted Interpretation and Sharing. Your raw photo stays on your device and is not sent to the FaceName proxy or the AI service provider. For AI-assisted interpretation in all four traditions, only the derived structured feature, category (bucket), and intensity profile and the user-facing fields of the selected cultural interpretation candidates needed for synthesis are sent through the FaceName proxy to our AI service provider, Anthropic (Claude API). Raw photos, facial landmarks, and raw facial measurements are not included in this request. Face data is not shared with any other third party, is not shared for advertising, and is never sold.
4. Face Data Storage, Retention, and Deletion. Raw photos, facial landmarks, and raw facial measurements are not stored on FaceName servers or by Anthropic. The FaceName proxy processes the derived measurement profile and generated interpretation transiently in memory only to complete the request; it does not write this content to a persistent database or log it. The derived profile sent to Anthropic and the generated interpretation are deleted within 30 days at the latest under Anthropic's standard data retention policy; this period may be extended only in exceptional cases, such as a legal obligation or content flagged for a usage-policy violation. Photos, analysis history, and reports are stored only on the user's device; the user can delete individual analysis records together with their associated photos at any time from the in-app History screen, and this data is deleted from the device when the app is removed. On iOS, users signed in with Apple can also use the in-app “Delete Account” action to delete analysis history and photos used for analyses from the device; credits remain on the device. Because FaceName does not retain face data on its servers, there is no separate server-side face-data record to delete.
5. Account Data. If you sign in with an account (email sign-in, Sign in with Google, or Sign in with Apple), our authentication provider Firebase Authentication processes the name linked to your account (if any), your email address, and the user ID assigned to you. Guest use creates no account data.
6. Purchases. Credit packs are purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Your purchase history and credit entitlement are processed by our payment infrastructure provider RevenueCat and by the app store you use. For signed-in users these records are matched to your user ID; in guest use, to an anonymous identifier. Your payment card details never reach FaceName; payment is processed by the app store.
7. Device Identifier. The app generates a randomly created anonymous device identifier. It is sent to the FaceName proxy for daily usage quotas, abuse protection, and matching service requests. It is not linked to your photo.
8. Crash, Diagnostics, and Performance Records. To monitor app stability, anonymous crash, diagnostics, and performance records are collected, using Sentry as the service provider. These records contain technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, error trace (stack trace), and the technical in-app interaction steps accompanying the event. Photos, facial landmarks, structured measurement profiles, analysis/report content, names, and email addresses are not added to these records by design; the logging layer is restricted to accept only technical, anonymous values.
9. Service Providers and Sharing Limit. Your data is transferred only to the following service providers, solely to deliver the services described above: Firebase Authentication (accounts), the App Store, Google Play and RevenueCat (purchases), Sentry (crash/diagnostics), and the FaceName proxy with the Anthropic Claude API (interpretation generation). All transfers are encrypted with TLS. The specific limits governing face data are described in Sections 3 and 4. Your data is never shared for advertising purposes and never sold to any third party.
10. Purpose Limit. The product performs no medical, psychological, or scientific assessment; it offers cultural/symbolic interpretation.
11. Credits. A credit is spent only when an analysis is started with a suitable photo; it is not spent for invalid photos; it is refunded on technical failure.
